SKN & LUX films - lifetime warranty

  1. If your Profilm window tint is found to be defective, we will replace the affected film and provide reapplication free of charge, including labour.

  2. Warranty is provided only to original customer and is non transferable.

  3. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, or impact caused by the vehicle owner, passengers, or external factors.

  4. Profilm keeps a record of each customer and vehicle for verification purposes. To process a warranty claim, we may request a valid photo ID to confirm ownership.

TRU film - 10 year warranty

To obtain warranty service please contact Profilm NZ at info@profilm.co.nz or 021 540 365 with your full details including name, phone, email & car details including make, model, year and date of tints, along with details of the defect.
